If your hair got so much oil, then you can feel the pain. Oily hairs have a strong relation with diet and the food we consume. It is the natural phenomenon of the body to produce oil as a barrier and it triggers long healthy hairs. When you wash hairs too much, you are disturbing the natural process. It doesn’t mean you will cut the shampoo. Wash your hairs less. If you are washing your hair, follow an approach to doing it. Try to use dry shampoo and conditioner on your hairs. Use natural heat like the sun to dry your hair rather than using a hairdryer.

The Right Way of Washing Hairs

Many of us do not know the right way of washing the hairs. We are doing it in the wrong way. I know you are surprised reading this but this truth and I was also living with this lie. Never wash your hairs from top to the bottom. Don’t apply conditioner on the scalp. Conditioner should be applied at the end of the hairs. Try this, it will surely help to resolve your hair issues. Don’t brush the wet hairs from the roots. If there is a need for a brush, use a brush at the end of the hairs. It is recommending to follow the hair routines and hair mask. It is a better idea to prepare your mask at home with natural protein-rich ingredients. Dry shampoo and conditioner is also a good approach and it is also a life savior during traveling and gaps in washing hairs due to workload.

It becomes a trend to color the hairs. Of course, it is necessary to bring change to your life but dying the hair causes a lot of damage latterly.
