Many reasons show that you are bullied. If you threaten your opponent directly, might be you face difficulty from higher authorities. Analyze the other person and identify their weakness. Then compare it with your strengths with other people. It is the best reply for the perpetrator which teases you in office. The other option can also be availed after analyzing the situation. Show some gratitude and talk good about the person who is bullying you. Try to build a friendly relationship with your opponent. Boost them by giving good compliments.
Take a Stand for Yourself instead of Tolerating
Do your known counseling and tell yourself why your respect and dignity is important. When you stand for yourself and take steps for your right protection your power increases. Studies show that a huge population tolerates the bullying instead to confront it. Standing for yourself makes you different from others. If you stopped them at the first step, you will able to save your career and personality. Standing for your rights is better than tolerating. Merge up the courage and talk directly with the bully about their behavior with you and the lobby they created against you in office. If you become confident about yourself no one will stop, you ever.

Certain People Feels good after giving pain and stress to others. If you are stressed or in depression they feel satisfaction and become successful. First of all, stop showing your expression. Don’t give others a reason to be happy after putting you in stress. If you are going through any kind of anxiety don’t show it others.
