When we forgive someone we become free, our mind will also free. Our focus is shifted to how we will live life in upcoming years. What should be our plan to avoid such incidents we have gone through in past. Your soul needs happiness. When you stop caring too much, your life becomes easy. Forgiveness is an act of courage and bravery. Not everyone has the heart to forgive and let off things. But for living a leisurely life it is necessary. Remember one thing weak people never forgive, those who are strong only they can do this courage.

Make a Connection with yourself
The very first thing is to build a strong relationship with yourself. Clear your mind and thoughts. Think about the present and future. Cherish the moment you are living right now. Forget About Past
Make yourself understand that gone is gone. You can’t stick to one thing all the time. Release the bad vibes and think about your present. The moment you decide to move on, onward from the second you are not a victim, you are a survivor. Stop feeling uneasy and suspicious in front of others. Stay strong and don’t give anyone a chance to make you feel down.

Always be thankful to your life. Good and Bad events come one after the other. But every time it gives a different lesson. You become more strong and competent in life. From every difficulty, you come out to be stronger. These events are part of our growth and develop a sense of Decision making. Dark times are the door to the good times.
