Biryani has a strong root in tradition. The dish was introduced by the Mughals in India. A variety of tastes and styles are included in biryani but Hyderabadi biryani is famous for its taste and ingredients. The ingredients include in Hyderabadi Biryani are rice, meat, yogurt, onions, and spices. Cooked all together gives a good taste.

Chaat Snacks

Chaat is a food that is loved by all age groups. Chaat stalls are located in almost every area in the country. It is served with spices and sour soup. Chaat is prepared in a variety of styles. Popular snacks associated with chat include Pani puri, kachori, bhel puri, and masala puri. These are puffed with the base of rice, peas, vegetables, and spices. The Chaat snack is found everywhere which was first originated from North India. Once you try this, there is no way to stop you from eating it.

Vada Pav

Vada Pav is sold in Maharashtra. The spaces in Maharashtra have filled with the Vada Pav stalls and sellers all around. It is part of the local culture. It is prepared with a combination of potato patty, chili, and spices. The patty is placed between the bread roll called Pav. It is very economical and in access to every person. The quality of food and taste is good and this is the reason for its popularity.

Cooked Mustard leaf and Corn Bread

It is traditional and delicious. The dish is popular in the Punjab region.  The cornbread is served with cooked mustard leaves. The cornbread is also served with butter. The people of Punjab are fond of eating traditional food and the taste is satisfying. The dish is highly nutritious and traditional food lovers will love it.

Dhokla

There is no better vegetarian snack other than Dhokla. The Dhokla is made up of rice and chickpeas. Fermented batter is mixed with chickpeas and the dish is served with coriander and mustard leaves. It is a famous vegetarian dish in Gujrat.
