It increases the risk of acne. White rice, pizza dough, white bread, sugar, and pasta cause the acne on the skin. Chocolate also adds spice to increase acne. Consuming food that contains trans-fat, saturated fat and high carbohydrates caused acne.
Many food items heal the skin and reduce acne. Complex carbohydrates are also good for skin and found in legumes, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables. Minerals, zinc, Vitamin A, C, and E, antioxidants containing food are good to treat acne. Skin-friendly fruits contain tomatoes, blueberries, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, beans, peas, and lentils. Everyone has different skin so and if you analyze that skin condition is not getting good, consult with your doctor to get better results. Many researchers found that a low glycemic diet has positive results for reducing acne. To visualize the significant results follow the diet for 10 to 12 weeks. People who have a very low amount of Vitamin A and E in the body have serious acne. Intake of Vitamin A and E reduces acne. Omega 3 and antioxidants treat acne. As people are in a state of stress due to acne omega 3 helps to deal with the condition.
It is not always the case that food will treat acne. Food helps a lot in treating the acne issues consult to your doctor and follow a diet plan.
