Include good patterns and behavior in your sports and exclude the bad habits from your sports routine.

Quit Smoking and Drinking
Smoking and Sports are opposite to each other. A person with both of them cannot balance and end up with quitting one thing. In normal cases, people quit sports and prefer smoking and drinking but if you are a sports person then avoid smoking and focus on your healthy routine. The breathing capabilities of smokers are bad and if he runs for some time, he becomes short of breath. If you are serious about your sports life, then it is so necessary to take care of your health. Similarly, drinking alcohol is also injurious to health and has many bad effects on the body of athletes. Alcohol decreases the level of water in the body and makes it dehydrated. Some athlete lacks the habit of drinking water and other energy fluids. It is a serious threat to their body. To be fit in sports and healthy athletes and sports lover must consume electrolyte-rich drinks in their daily routine.
Make a good Sleep Routine
Less sleep is the most common issue these days. Everyone makes a weird routine and did not able to get enough sleep. Athletes and sports players usually could not get enough sleep. It may be due to their schedule or just a bad habit. They go to bed late and wake up early to practice for games. In this way, they did not get enough sleep. The bad habit of not getting good sleep ends up of laziness and dizziness and badly affect their games.
Do some Warm-up and Stretching
If you have a little knowledge about sports, then you would surely know the fact that how much warm-up session is important for an athlete or sports person before the start of a proper game. The best warm-up is stretching. In stretching, all the muscles of the body get activated. The brain and body go into a ready phase. If you did not do stretching before the game, then the body is not ready for the sports. Often an amateur player becomes careless about it. Avoid the ad habit of carelessness in sports and adopt good practices.
Avoid Sports without practice
Sports are all about practice and regularity. If you are not regular, then you are not a sports person or athlete. Many athletes and players are overconfident about themselves and with this behavior, they take long breaks in their sports routine. And after weeks or months when they start getting into sports and ended up with exhaustion. The reason for this body becomes weak and not able to get the stress and pressure. Regularity and routine matters a lot. Avoid bad habits of overconfidence and taking long breaks in sports careers. Be regular and stay healthy and fit.
Play a role as a Team Player
Teamwork is all about unity and supporting each other. Many players did not work as a team and take the credit. Such players are not appreciated by other members of the team and as a result, the team-based performance level cannot be increased. If everyone in the team is committed and sincere the productivity and the performance are raised.
