An emotionally stuck person needs to find what triggers such things in your life. An emotionally unstuck person realizes it, accepts it, and find the solution to the problem by making changes. Some people easily move on while others need time for moving on to new things. Few people need fewer sessions while the other needs more sessions. Making new friends that will bring positive changes in your life is favorable for healing. It is recommended to make new friends overcome your stress and anxiety.
