Due to a lack of education, only one generation does not suffer but all the incoming generations will suffer. They will not recover from the loss their ancestors did. It takes too long for a nation to cover the gap of education between generations. It has long term effects on anyone’s personality and only due to the lack of education all other issues arise.

If you do not make education as your weapon, you will never get rid of this trap. Education increases the earning potential of women as well as men. Quality of education is also an important aspect of reducing poverty. If you are not getting the standard education, then you will not be able to excel in the world.

Lack of Education Cause Unemployment

Job is the resource through which people earn money and maintains a good lifestyle because not everyone has money to start a business. Therefore, education is the only way a person can move forward in life. Education is the first parameter while the applicants are chosen for the job. If you did not have a diploma or degree from the university you are selected for the job and remain unemployed.  Researches show that 80% of the degree holders are pursuing their career in different jobs. Similarly, there is a huge population who do not have a university degree and they are not able to make a career in Offices and remain unemployed.

The biggest cancer of society is Gender inequality and it is due to the lack of education. If women are not educated they will not be able to fight with such mentalities. Girls who did not study and drop out of school will get married according to the family system and increase the National fertility rate up to 10 percent. On the other hand, women who have babies after they are mature and got proper education have a healthy baby and they got more skills for the grooming of their kids.

The sustainability of the economy depends on Education. Nations who are educated enough have a stronger economy than the nation with uneducated people. In this era, only those countries are powerful who are dominant from an economical point of view. Poorer economies rely on small industries and therefore their outcome is also less.  The strategy for the uplift country is to spend a lot on technology and education. It is the only way to flourish the economy.

Lack of Education cause lack of Confidence

People who are less educated or not educated cannot speak up for their rights and does not be able to take steps for themselves. Girls are facing domestic violence due to a lack of education. They fail to speak and find a way for themselves to rid of all this. They rely on their family for daily needs and cannot make up their lives.
