The survey was conducted on university students.

There are many people who take a break from social media to reduce stress, but there is no evidence that not using social media helps them get out form the poor mental health condition. Social media is the best way to deal with pandemic stress and contact your fellows by maintaining social distancing. It is a fact that talking to someone synchronously has a positive impact on mental health.  It builds the connection between you and your loved ones. You will have got to know about their activities throughout the day. If you ignore the content that will take you in the phase of comparison and build complex, then social media is the perfect way to deal with everyday problems and connect with your friends and family.
